Services are provided in person (depending on availability) or via telehealth, through a secure virtual platform.
Initial Phone Consultation (20 min) - Free
Initial Assessment (90 min) - $265
Individual Therapy (50 min) - $185
Extended ERP session (90 min) - $265
I am an out-of-network provider which means I do not bill insurance companies. Therapy services may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance plan’s out-of-network mental health benefits. If requested, I am happy to provide a superbill (detailed receipt for services) monthly that you may submit to your insurance provider. Insurance plans and benefits vary widely; it is your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits and what percentage of these services will be reimbursed by your insurance company, if any. Fees are due at time of service, regardless of whether or not your insurance company will reimburse you for these services.
